The General Assembly of the Kuwait Dyslexia Association was held on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at the headquarters in the presence of a large number of members of the General Assembly.

Mr. Ahmad Abdulrahman Al-Shiha / Chairman, welcomed the attendees and assured them of the members’ confidence to select their performing representatives of the Board of Directors. The following clauses were agreed on:

Clause 1: Approval on the administrative report for the year ended 31/12/2016.

Clause 2: Approval on the financial report for the year ended 31/12/2016.

Clause 3: the selection of an Auditor for the year 2017; the approval on Baitak for Audit Public Accountants in accordance with the resolution of the General Assembly for the year 2017, among the best quotations offered.

The meeting ended with the closure for any new business topics, as no intervention was received from the members of the Assembly.
